My perfectly working Citibank account access locked - no proper reason - worst bank ever!!!!

@airtelindia you have hounded me with calls asking why I disconnected your connection even after it has been disconnected and I have returned the router! There are people dying on the streets and you choose to hound your customers just for business - have you no f****ing shame!
