I honestly have just been following #Corrie this year rather than watching it. I think the amount of full episodes I have watched this year is in single digits. And the “following” is out of habit rather wishful thinking.

Replaying #KingdomHearts. I just learned you can hit the dice back at Oogie Boogie in his first boss fight 😱.

#EyesWideShut. #Review. 7.5/10. At first the slow pacing was difficult to get through. But then rewatching the film, the slow pacing (along with the cinematography and directing) became very hypnotic. Was a bit underwhelmed with the ending, but another rewatch could improve that

#Clueless. #Review . 7/10. An easy watch with a very entertaining character in Cher who is played fabulously by Alicia Silverstone. Which helps the very character driven plot, although it’s a very “fluffy” plot with repetitive and predictable plot points. Still, it’s a fun film

#Superman . #Review . 8.5/10. The film looking like video game cutscenes was very distracting and off-putting. With that said, the film has a great and investing (but overstuffed) plot. The main trio (Superman, Lois, Lex) are superbly well acted, particularly Nicholas Holt as Lex

P.S. Kind of mad that 3 iconic GIFs come from this film. I wouldn’t be surprised if there are more people who have seen the GIFs than the film.

#CrazyStupidLove. #Review. 7/10. A fun film with great acting, particularly amongst the different relationship dynamics which makes it entertaining. The plot is pretty standard, so nothing that will make the film memorable. Still, an enjoyable and easy watch

One of the reasons why I think you can’t underestimate how powerful confidence is for an actor. Otherwise, giving a performance like this in front of a crew could be so daunting. I bet a lot of fixes for actors can be done by growing confidence.

Started playing Kingdom Hearts when I was 6 or 7, and I gave up after Wonderland… as I didn’t realise you had to push the bed into the wall. I was so mad that the sleeping doorknob would not wake up to open. After a few years 😅, I actually figured out how to play the game.

Melissa McCarthy was fantastic . But I like to call this film the “YouTube Clips” film. Aka, watching clips from the film on YouTube makes the film way better than it actually is

#Bridemaids. #Review. 5/10. Oh, I’m pretty disappointed with this one. Decided to give it my lowest positive score as I’m glad I watched it and there were a good amount of funny moments. But the rest of the film is so lifeless. It felt like a chore to get to the next funny moment

RT @Easterhandz: If you think 'bad character saying bad things' = 'the author saying bad things' then you are functionally illiterate.
