Agree. It’s time to reward coaches who have poured into kids and communities.
@scottguzman I don’t disagree. I would also say, schools exercising loyalty to loyal assistants, and/or schools showing loyalty towards loyal and effective head coaches would also help more coaches stay in the business in general, regardless of what respective districts pay.
