When you are deeply familiar with how a particular system/application works, it's hard to think like a new user. This is why it's so important to get feedback from new users, who look at the system/application with fresh eyes and without any preconceived notions.

Confirmed, we broke ground this morning. Our GC sent over some photos of them starting to grade the home site. Thrilled that we've taken the first step!
