I also tried sending web forms but I didn't get any receipt or delivery confirmation. I was wondering is there any other option that I haven't tried to inform IRCC of "important changes"? please advise.

This discrimination is so unfair in a Country claiming welcomes all color and all kind of diversities... I do not know how to digest it! If the border was closed, it was OK. but the border is closed only to PRs... . Many people are worried and think their status may got revoked!

tourists with family in Canada, work permits and many other groups can find a way in. Apparently the only group carrying virus is permanent residents who got their PR after 18Mar. if you apply for student visa, you are COVID free, but if you are a PR, YOU ARE THE DANGER ITSELF!

Tomorrow it will be one year since borders have closed, and there are still approved permanent residents who are not allowed to come to Canada. @ChristineNorm is recommending for Canada to exempt COPR holders. These are people Canada approved for immigration during the pandemic.

10 years from now, when I hear "18 March" it won't remind me of NOWROUZ, it will remind me of a discrimination that never explained to me! Why I had been treated like outsiders, Canada was my families new home...! Happy Nowrouz! Happy border regulation reinstatement!
