Just like projects, people don’t scale off hype. They scale off clarity, consistency, and community. You don’t need to be everywhere just be solid where you are. Keep learning. Keep building. Keep showing up. That’s how to Grow. That’s how you stay on-chain, same in life too.
From my perspective, scaling as a person in web3 feels a lot like scaling a project. You need strategy. You need content that actually hits & reflects. And most importantly , you need the right people around you. It’s about doing better. Staying intentional & consistent.
