I feel that there are numerous civic problems, including dirty roads and flooding. I think it stems from a lack of focus on education in these areas of civic sense, accountability, both asking and taking and general respect for every profession and taking pride in what we do.

I would like this debate to come to a close. To each their own. Work, 1 hour, 8 hours, 14 hours, 24 hours a day. Whatever suits you and works for you, but don't recommend it to anyone unless specifically asked.
If you're not spending 14+ hours a day working on your dream you're ngmi. You can’t build a world-changing product on 9–5 energy. 80-hour weeks aren’t extreme. It's baseline.

What I really want is his appraisal and his promotion to be affected by this. Like his rating will contribute 30% to his annual performance score, which decides his salary hike, promotion. People with a better score get a choice of posting, preference in house allotment, etc.
You can rate your Uber driver for a 15-minute ride -.but not your JE handling 24/7 electricity?. We should be able to rate & review every govt official. Promotions should be based on ratings. This is what real Accountability looks like!. #JantaKiRating #AccountabilityNow

Day 294 of #300daysofcode.🎉🎉🎉Wohoo, we finally launched the role based access module for Bilzo labs. What a crazy 3 months these have been. Lots of learnings. Was up until 10 am, through the night to make this live for everyone. Posted 4hrs on cursor.

I have been to the Banke Bihari temple, and it's inhumane what devotees go through there every day. The amount of theft there is unimaginable; people lose their gold chain and jewelry, taking advantage of the crowd. This will have issues in the short term but long-term benefits.

Somethings we do. 1. Watch a movie together if it's weekdays. Plan finances and a little bit of future .2. Discuss challenges at work and potential solution. 3. Go to gym together. 4. Weekends to spend time with friends and family. This does involve some instagram but not a ton.
My husband and I often wonder what married couples do with their time, after work, if they don’t actually go for kids. After going through profiles of Instagram couples, who are married and living either in India or abroad, I’ve come to the following conclusion.

This is the way. Spent last Friday night creating something from scratch on claude code. Saturday morning woke up to take an interview. Filled with doubts whether risks i have taken will pay off or not. 😌.

I disagree, a lot of conversion from cold calls when I have focused on saying the right things, quick 15 mins prep before I call the person and personalise for them. Good cold calls work for Saas products. Period.
Have a request. Really tired of getting these incessant cold calls. And these are not credit card and personal loan sellers but well known B2B brands. Big media houses, big 4 consulting companies etc. If you are in B2B sales- selling SAAS products, selling media and.

That's the thing with life, everyone gets to choose.
Friend is SWE with Wipro, works few hours a week, chills out at work, no work stress. He's amongst the healthiest in my circle but makes lowest (1.5LPM). He could have easily made 4LPM and buy may be, one extra property after all slogging, but is it really worth it?.

AI may force freshers to become entrepreneurs due to lack of entry level jobs.

I cannot agree with this more. We need to work together to work hard to make ourselves developed. Only in strength we can have peace.
If there’s one lesson I am taking from the last few weeks, its to work hard to strengthen your country from the core. Progress on all fronts - social, economic, environmental needs to come from within. While the world is a village, but the confidence that comes from self.
