The one other issue is, we won't be able to call customer care, or raise issue in myairtel app. Airtel prolongs the issue outage resolution time till we pay the bill. Being a long time customer with Airtel, this behaviour is disappointing. Anyone else facing similar issues?. 4/4.

I've been facing this outage issue every time for the past 4 months. The broadband outage happens just after the bill is generated for the month, then gets cleared after the bill is paid before due date. 3/4.

The point here is, customer has freedom to pay the bills on anytime before the due date. But @airtelindia creating the outage, make the customer pay the bill, then clearing the outage immediately after the bill is paid. My questions what is point for having a bill due date?. 2/4.
