A great day - not surprisingly managed with supreme calm by the team. Everyone already commenting how much more privacy there is for patients as well as less noise, space & fancy lighting. So many can-do people - Ruth our critical care matron from initial design to move SRO 👏👏

What a week! Welcomed our new starters to @UHD_NHS , then onto being inspired by the addiction team on their patient first journey , finished by joining maternity in celebrating works Down syndrome day ( odd socks!!) we have amazing teams thank you all

Great to see the excitement of all those involved in what future care in maternity/neonates looks like @UHD_NHS so important to have the input of those using our service to inform this. Thank you mnvp!.
Today @UHD_NHS we hosted 15 steps with support from our wonderful MNVP. Everyone enjoyed the tour of the BEACH building and the feedback was so positive. It was great to be able to show our guests that we listen and value their opinions - we have introduced quiet closing bins!
