Things to try this Ramadhaan: Cut back on your speech. Don't talk much. Observe noble silence a lot. Be quiet a whole lot. Contemplate carefully before speaking. Speak only with brief words of goodness, delivered at the right occasion (wisdom). And lastly (again & again):
