Raise money, then build, then find PMF → Get paid to find PMF, then build, then (maybe) raise to scale faster. AI is overhyped → Apply AI to every job to be done internally from the beginning . Find PMF first then figure out GTM fit → Start with GTM to find PMF.

Don’t give away your “secrets” → Teach people what/how you’re doing it and they’ll want to work with you. Services doesn’t scale + bad margin → Not with AI + right people / process / tech.

Early stage startups can’t afford an EA → Founder’s time is the most valuable thing, I have 2 EAs + hiring CoS🤷🏻. You have to pay to get good leads → We did workshops and got paid to get qualified leads.
