I spent nearly 4 yrs sectioned in hospital. I wasn’t allowed out for months & I had to get leave to go on a 10 minute walk. Since leaving hospital I have travelled to Egypt, Mexico, Barcelona, Italy (August) and Japan (March). Life is a gift.
