I’m starting to believe that the permissionless entering/leaving of DAOs (open server + forum, rage quit any time) is directly at odds with the extreme trust necessary for DAOs to operate effectively (no managers or top-down decisions, autonomous action)

The more I read on DAO legal strategies the more I believe that the Wyoming DAO LLC is not the way to go (inflexible, restrictive) and a UNA is the way to go (flexible, precedent of liability protection)

For me, the “tragedy of the commons” issue is a huge concern in DAOs.
