I need work. I need "good" work that values my knowledge and experience. I need it to be largely if not fully remote & mostly async except for meetings and events. I need it to pay well bc I've spent many years on the high risk path and my integrity is my most precious equity.

I hit a wall with the PB & J stage of being a founder. It's not my first rodeo so it no longer feels justifiable. I concluded on a personal self-worth level, for me to be a founder at this stage in my career means I need to support myself first before the project. No mo' pbj.
