In my experience, some of the buildings are dilapidated and and lack maintenence. They were constructed at a time when they were not conscious of buildings being disability-friendly.

@GhanaCompact Interesting points by Samuel Gariba. Good suggestion that govt should lobby for regional opportunities 4 GH youth. Lower hanging “fruit” is reform of the National Service Scheme. How many people are employed after NSS? What does govt do to ensure they learn useful skills?
