Seems kinda redundant considering the only states willing to join are solidly blue. MI joining would be a big deal but if it continues to be only solidly blue states joining then itās only ratified when thereās already a 270+ EV block definitely voting for Dems
It is entirely possible that the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact is ratified by enough states in time to come into effect by the 2028 presidential election. Democrats just have to play their cards right.
