I fail to understand how any business chooses gutter-grade delivery services like @XpressBees_IN when reliable good old BlueDart exists. Losing a customer for life vs. saving a few ₹ on a delivery, how does this math work?.

Leave it to the populists to mollycoddle a small minority of ~2% who incidentally are also on poll duty, and paid 3x of the per capita income at entry levels.
This is a terrible decision. Taxpayers will be paying HUGE pensions going forward if this becomes the norm. Very retrograde. This is just another insane freebie that we will pay but these politicians will go out of power by then.
