A fine player. And I am sure another excellent career lies ahead of you. Yours was always the first name I searched for when I looked at scorecards for Gujarat. Seemed odd yesterday.

For the first time since 2008, I won’t be walking out to open the innings in the Ranji Trophy. Saying that aloud still feels unfamiliar. For close to two decades, the Ranji season was the heartbeat of my year, the rhythm around which everything else revolved. Each October

I was struck by the spirit in which this short series was played. There was a lot of warmth, a lot of laughter afterwards. Players were intermingling, sharing knowledge. And that is where I think India can greatly help in providing West Indies cricket the facilities and the

Magnificent from the West Indies today. It must be exasperating for their fans to know that this is possible and yet, to see it so rarely.

This is not a video game. With lethal connectivity, EagleEye enables Warfighters to command and control unmanned systems and call for fires through a heads-up, hands-free display.

On my way to the ground in Delhi and my heart sank when I saw people feeding a whole army of pigeons. Doctors have been shouting from the rooftops about the dangers of inhaling pigeon droppings and the severe lung disease it could lead to. Please, let us stop feeding pigeons.

Absolutely love this decision to have Nitish Reddy at 5. It is a signal that the team is happy to invest in him and give him opportunities to grow. It would suggest there is a very good environment in the team.

The injury to Pat Cummins, and the lengthy recovery, is an illustration of how dangerous back injuries can be. A further reminder that we need to handle Bumrah with great care and be a little more thoughtful before coming hard at him for managing his workload.

So heartwarming to see. India not only hosted the World Para Athletics Championships for the first time but also bagged a record 22 medals (6 Gold, 9 Silver & 7 Bronze). At Kobe 2024, India had finished sixth with 17 medals (6 Gold, 5 Silver & 6 Bronze). Even more than the

An easy, and expected, win for India. I am not sure they are playing as well as they can and still managed a fairly easy win. Particularly happy to see that the dependence has moved away a bit from the spinners towards the pacers. The arrival of #KrantiGoud is a big plus

October 2nd always reminds me of a tale of two cars, the first a Fiat purchased by Lal Bahadur Shastri in 1965 when he was Prime Minister. He had to take a loan of Rs 5,000 which was paid by his wife with the pension she received after he passed away in Tashkent. The second, a
