We are in the process to add genotyping data into salmobase. For now, you will find SNPs data collected from different publications about the Atlantic salmon. we ran snpEff on all variants to know their effect at the protein level. #salmobase @ELIXIREurope @elixirnorway

The @ensembl annotation of the Atlantic salmon is now integrated into salmobase @JBrowse. Interesting to see both @NCBI and @ensembl annotations side by side. @ELIXIREurope @elixirnorway

Salmobase is now up and running. The upgrade concerns: 1- Technical and styling improvements 2- Adding the Brown Trout annotation 3- Adding putative TFBS to JBrowse for 3 species 4- improve the comparative search feature.
