উত্তর দিনাজপুরের জগদীশপুর গ্রাম পঞ্চায়েতে জন্ম সার্টিফিকেট নিতে গেলে গচ্ছা/ঘুষ দিতে হচ্ছে ৫০০ টাকা করে। কোন রশিদ দেওয়া হচ্ছে না।পঞ্চায়েতের কাছে রশিদ চাইতে গেলে বলা হচ্ছে বিনা রশিদে ৫০০ টাকা না দিলে দেওয়া হবে না জন্ম সার্টিফিকেট। #এগিয়ে_বাংলা
