I really love this thread. But Hinata can't learn Medical Ninjutsu because not only it requires perfect chakra control, but also Yin and Yang release. And Hinata doesn't have any of those releases.
Conclusion, Hinata would really make a great member for team 7, but if she doesn't train with Tsunade and doesn't focus on medical ninjutsu would cause several lives to be lost including her own life if she fights Sasori or pain.
