Something I’ve learned from USC is that despite an insane and diverse talent pool of artists, musicians, film makers, performers, etc, cross pollination is non existent. A friend and I started hosting dinner parties to bring them together. We’re calling it 3rd space. Check it

Some of my freakishly sick friends and I hosted a retreat for 25 of uscs most passionate artists, film makers, founders and creatives. Spaces that welcome creativity in all forms and foster collaborative thought is probably the dopest thing ever. Cc @sundaysatusc @socraticainfo

Was talking to a friend in entertainment last night. He said a big problem is that new artists are living in a “yas queen” era. Meaning, where we used to give genuine and helpful feedback, we now Yas queen people with support for their shitty ideas and have more starving artists.
