WOR: The planned main event for WWEās September 20 PPV going head-to-head against All Out is Brock Lesnar vs John Cena. Which is why Brockās not booked for Paris. Because they wanted him as a method to counter-program AEW.

In the past five days, TKO:. * moved its WWE PPVs (12 shows year) to ESPN for $1.6 billion over five years (USA only). * moved its entire UFC package to Paramount for $7.7 billion over 7 years and eliminated PPV for good (USA only). What a stretch. To be honest, both moves.

I pay $19.99 for Netflix and still can't be bothered to watch WWE, but am more than willing to shell out $60 a month to Prime Video for an AEW PPV.
How long until the natural argument begins that WWE with Netflix, Peacock, & $30 ESPN PPVs are cheaper and more āfairā than AEW with HBO Max & $60 PPVs.

I think one thing everybody glosses over is how many PPV's Triple H has to put himself front and center as it starts, with the same promo each time. Can you imagine Tony Khan started all his PPV's off in the ring? The WWE Legends who have podcasts would NEVER it go.

Forget the result, this is the same lame ass ending him and Desi did at MLP in their table match, just switch Ricochet with QT Marshall. Anybody else seeing why Bully is on a podcast and not a booking team?.
"Why would Tony Khan allow Ricochet to help Bully Ray when he says bad things about AEW?". Believe it or not, Tony grew out of being a mark. He knows some people are just trying to earn a check. Bully's insults are bland and appeal to a simple audience.

I mean T K himself has said that Omega and Jericho at Wrestle Kingdom was the catalyst for AEW and has gone on record saying that WBD wouldn't give them a TV slot without Jericho. All In helped move the AEW vision forward, but I doubt that had anything to do with Cody and Aldis.
