#TheHedgehogStrategy The Greek poet Archilochus wrote: “The fox knows many things, but the hedgehog knows one big thing.” When attacked, a hedgehog does exactly one thing - it curls into a tight, spiky ball. No tricks. No improvisation. Just consistency. The fox, clever and

There is the AI you learn about on the social media, and then there is the AI that actually gets built in the trenches. Spent an incredible morning with the driving forces behind our E.D.G.E. team - @sachinjose, @caesarpratap, and @SauravBharadwj. We didn't just talk about

How often do you see AI being used for social good? This Children’s Day, our team members @SamridhiOberoi and @pxateek visited the Little Lads Children’s Orphanage. They listened to the children’s aspirations and used AI to create vivid, personalized visual representations of

We have been having mini-celebrations over the past months whenever a major customer agrees to do even a trial run with us. Not all of them are wins, but what the heck, we should keep finding reasons to celebrate. Big customers take time. But when they convert, they can propel a

For us at @Propheusai, Physical AI goes beyond robots and autonomous cars. It’s about giving every business the context of the physical world that shapes their performance every day. In this video, we discuss how Physical Observability, powered by our Digital Atlas, helps

Always a great feeling to be back at the beautiful IIMB campus and interact with the EPGP cohort. Last year, AI was still the buzzword everyone was exploring. This year, the conversations were far more grounded around differentiation, long-term moats and monetization. And it’s

Call me old fashioned but the only moats are a) retention and b) a mission worth spending 10+ years on. When these companies chasing fast cheap growth flame out, and they will, this will be exhibit A of VC behavior fueling the madness. If you are a founder that’s NOT chasing

For too long, marketers have been promised magic by machines - and handed manual labor in return. Not anymore! We were told AI would revolutionize creativity. But instead, it made us prompt, tweak, refine, and repeat - while calling it “innovation.” That ends today. 📷

Never ask customers what features they want. Ask what problems they need solved. Many enterprise AI projects fail because teams build features that sounded good in a meeting, but fail to deliver ROI later. This is exactly why AI needs a service-first approach right now.

When models learn by watching humans, they pick up our limitations too. E.g., a robotic foundational model learning to do dishes from human videos isn’t just copying how we do it. It picks up the order in which we do tasks and what we tolerate, like foul smell vs mess. Chatbots

Robots have been around for a long time. But the recent hype around robotics and physical AI makes sense because foundational models basically gave robots a smarter brain with world knowledge. It’s like a kid learning to catch a ball suddenly got an adult’s brain and could plan
