I've been trying DevOps stuff at work the past couple of months. We used to scale out in 11mn and I managed to bring it down to 1mn and it's beautiful ☺️ (by pre-baking cuda in the AMI). We were always overprovisionned but not anymore. We had to be smart with scheduled scale.
