@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The same external post had a @JioCare broadband Jn box as well which got affected. That repair was completed by 11:30 am yesterday. My friend has been with Jio for 9 months. I have been with @airtelindia for 21 years. Black customer and all. What is the point?.

@Airtel_Presence Now the repair guys calls and 'informs' that he will come at his own time, because I registered another complaint to @airtelindia 'Complaint karne ka kya zaroorat tha?'.

As images reveal the devastation in #Turkey, note the mostly intact buildings in the background. With proper engineering & good construction buildings can withstand even severe earthquake shaking. Damage can result from ground failure, but too often is due to sub-par construction.
