Lets be real for a second. It's hard enough to get a beautifully-handcrafted SaaS product to $10K MRR. What makes you think an AI vibe-slop version will do better?

This is fact. I've been here for all of it.
2000 - Rails etc: "Building is not the hard part now. Marketing is" 2010 - React / Vue etc: "Building is not the hard part now. Marketing is" 2020 - Nocode: "Building is not the hard part now. Marketing is" 2026 - Claude etc: "Building is not the hard part now. Marketing is"

Serious question: has anyone studied whether Claude Code performs better when you’re polite versus when you talk trash to it?

Next level shiz. Somehow how I think this is rad when others do it, but if my kid does it, that's another story 🤣
@theoldfilipaf I went virtual and hired a mexican VA to do all my schoolwork for me when I was in highschool. maybe try that?

We spent ~$1.3k on ads. Sent ~1,500 cold emails. And ~98% of our revenue still came from SEO. Sharing what actually worked (and what didn’t): 👇

What's the point of plan mode in Claude Code if half the time it plans, then flips itself into accept edits mode, and implements without approval?

We bought a SaaS in May, as a gamble. Shortly after, we had to shut down our breadwinning $30k MRR SaaS, and our "gamble" became our focus. It's now generating about as much in MRR as we paid for it. We never could have predicted the path that led us here, and we're now

Some markets aren’t meant for venture funding. And that’s exactly why they’re perfect for bootstrappers. @robwalling talks with @lkr about: – The real problem with under-investing in marketing – How a small team beat a $10M-funded rival Listen here👇 https://t.co/VA1uIFpTOV

This is going to be such a treat! I've looked up to @asmartbear for many years, for his track record and his ability to consistently put out some of the most valuable content available on bootstrapping.
What has two thumbs, two unicorn startups, and more than a decade of legendary MicroConf talks? @asmartbear! 🐻 We can't wait to get Jason back onstage in April. See you there: https://t.co/tKzw6ATLSP

I wish we could see the revenue stats of the people here who say ship fast versus ship slow. I'd put a lot of money on the prior, and yes that's money I generated from shipping fast.
when building a new saas, do you: - ship fast with messy code, get users, then refactor everything or - build it right from day 1 with proper architecture even if it takes longer which one?

Has anyone here run Facebook ads lately? I'm hearing running them wide open with only location set is the way to go. Anyone have experience with this and know how much spend it takes before the algorithm starts getting noticeably optimized?

I'm a tech founder, and I don't care about your tech stack. Why? It's irrelevant. No customer has ever cared what the underlying tech stack is of the tools they use. Use what works for you. I guarantee it'll work for your customers too.

I keep seeing off-brand charts on otherwise great brands. If you’re a marketer who cares about charts on social or web, I’m looking for a few beta testers. Hit me up!
