i hate edtt as much as the next guy but how do yk they’re faking it? i’ve had an ed for around 5-6 years and i was skinny at one point but i binged my way back up and no one would guess i’m disordered now. that doesn’t immediately take away my experience of the last few years.

waist trainers are good because of the pressure on your stomach making you eat less but corsets are way better omg. they do the same thing and if worn consistently they redistribute stomach fat and actually change your shape :) it’s amazing

i read somewhere on here that weightloss is fastest when u shock ur body in some way. like if you eat at maintenance for a minute and then suddenly drop down to like 400cals for a few days u will lose a lot and if you restrict a lot and then suddenly binge you’ll lose
