Promised myself I would do some light bench today… so instead I threw on the slingshot and did an AMRAP with 375. Hit 44 reps total in 6 sets. 10,9,8,6,6,5 Get some!! 💪🔥

Say my man HulkZilla do these power rows with 405 today… so naturally I wanted to do 406 🤣 I got 365 for 8, and 315 for sets of 10 today. Going to be a little while before I catch up to that!

Mission accomplished. Bench paused cluster sets of 4 with an increase of 5 pounds each set. Started at 375, 380, 385, 390, 395. No failures. Time to increase the baseline to 380 and start over again. 💪

Nothing more humbling than trying to pick up (Just shy of) 500 pounds lol. rack pulls for the win. Some without straps, some with. No belt. This just hits so hard in the erector muscles. 💪

Decided to do some work with the slingshot again. This is awesome. Top set was 485 with reps at 450, 405, 375. Get some!

Kettle Bell Arm Bars These are becoming a forgotten exercise. Great for prep work, prehab, rehab or just a general strength routine to keep the shoulders healthy I’ll cover supine and side lying variations. Show how to start the rep, and I’ll touch on a couple KB positions
