Most people have under trained triceps. Here is a great exercise to add after your strength work. Tricep Roll Up- hybrid pullover into a Tricep extension. Allows you to use more weight that skull crushers and it doesn’t bother the elbows

I believe in heavy single arm overhead presses as a primary strength exercise. A limiting factor is your ability to pick the DB up to max out with it. For that reason I created the Swole Press

3 sets of 13-17 reps of bicep curls on each arm paired with 3 sets of 13-17 reps each set of straight arm pulldowns. Lat Pulldowns- 8 sets starting lighter for sets of 11 finishing with 4 sets of 3. Pull Ups- 20 sets of 3 reps. 4 sets Straight arm pull down to failure between.
