.@clairevo just released her interview with me on “How I AI” Ep 5. We unpacked my 3-step AI coding workflow, using @cursor_ai to ship faster, and the playbook that’s helping me build solo. If you’re scaling code—or a whole company—give it a listen and let me know what you.
Episode 5 of How I AI is how I learned I was using Cursor all wrong. My friend @ryancarson shows us the way with his genius 3-step AI coding workflow. If you’re trying to build bigger projects (or even whole companies!) this one is for you. You’ll learn how to: .- use 3

I'm trying out @DevinAI and I'm very impressed with the PRs. Check out this Mermaid diagram it created to help me understand the changes. I can't imagine a human dev taking time to do this. Not because they can't/won't, but simply because it's too time consuming.

Obviously, I don't know the specifics of what happened here, but I feel sad reading this. It's hard to understand what circumstances would cause a CEO Founder to leave their own company and team. Maybe just an unbelievable amount of cash compensation + stock? . The individuals.
Scoop: OpenAI's Windsurf deal is off. The startup's CEO, co-founder & some R&D team members are all going to Google DeepMind to support its AI efforts and work on Gemini.

1,000 comments on this. Blown away by the interest 🤯.
I'm so tempted to get a group of people together building 1-person startups using AI agents to help them build. Weekly meetings. Daily standups. Sharing tips, ideas and pitfalls. It'd be free but you'd have to apply. If that sounds interesting, reply and we'll see what.

Rise of a new job title.
I'm hiring our first AI Chief of Staff. Following the same innovative spirit that shaped @Replit, you'll have a chance to transform how our entire company operates. ↓ 🧵

I've been testing @AmpCode inside cursor instead of using cursor's agent. I'm very impressed so far. Calling on the Oracle is a sweet feature - it invokes o3 when you need extra intelligence.

Grok 4 looks really good. I love the vending-bench eval because it's closer to a real-world, business case. Can't wait to try this out through the API.
Vending-bench is really interesting. @andonlabs are running a vending machine giving the LLM decision power via tools, like ordering snacks, setting prices etc. Grok-4 gets 2x the score over Claude Opus, netting $4k
