Great that this is approved!!! Not sure it should be the "gold standard" for all.. there is rationale for aggressive NAC (6x ddMVAC per VESPER) with personalized (ctDNA based) escalated or de-escalated immunotherapy (eg MODERN trial) @saumyg @DrJohnSfakianos @JoshMeeks
The FDA approved perioperative duvalumab with neoadjuvant chemo for muscle invasive bladder cancer today. It’s the only perioperative immune therapy trial with significant OS (0.75). Surgical safety was maintained. NCCN approval recently too #GUtrends25
