5 years ago today i left my life in Essex behind to start a new in Glasgow Since I have worked for a Member of the Scottish Parliament, stood for Council twice, volunteered at world events, and now work for a Sport Governing Body It has been tough at times but worth everything

Yesterday saw @ScottishCycling hold its first Officials Conference in 4 years! A fantastic event I am proud to have supported to make happen 😊 (I am now off for a rest)

Thanks to @PaulJSweeney for hosting a group from @ScottishCycling today. An insightful tour by Thomas in the Visitor Services team, followed by an opportunity to sit in the gallery for #FMQs & lunch in the Members Room. Looking forward to being back for our reception in January.

It was great to host Sec. of State for Scotland @IanMurrayMP and Glasgow MSPs @GlasgowPam and @PaulJSweeney at the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome this afternoon to discuss the upcoming @Glasgow_2026 Commonwealth Games and all things cycling.

It was tremendous to visit the Sir Chris Hoy velodrome in Glasgow alongside @IanMurrayMP and @GlasgowPam this afternoon to discuss @glasgow_2026 and the excellent opportunities the commonwealth games will bring to cycling in Scotland.

Amazing to see the beautiful ceramic work of @wemakeitglasgow continuing along the canal from Glasgow to Falkirk Working with people and communities to create fantastic places to admire stunning places 😍

20 years ago I walked into my local @coopuk and got a job, today I returned to HQ as Vice Chair of @CoopParty to celebrate the 43 MPs elected to Westminster, and to showcase co-operative solutions that are changing lives and making communities better #CooperativeChange 🐝

Before 6 months ago i hadn’t cycled in 20 years, this week I have cycled 7 rides in 7 days and completed over 100km for Scottish Women & Girls in Sport week. I realise to a lot of cyclists this may be nothing, to me it has meant everything #SheCanSheWill #ICanIWill #Slay👸🏻
