XC SEASON IS APPROACHING ‼️

‼️AREA QUALIFIER‼️ This week at district I was entered in the 3200 & 1600. In the 3200 I ran a time of 11:08 to place 3rd and qualify for area!! However, I underperformed in the 1600 placing 7th with a time of 5:06. #blessed #AGTG

5th meet of the season! At the C.E. King Panther Relays this week I ran the 3200 and 1600. My times were off compared to my seasons best. I ran 11:40.7 for my 3200 and 5:05.48 for my 1600.

4th meet down!!! Was entered in the 800 & 1600 this week at the Donaldson Relays, however I had to drop the 1600 due to some lingering calf pain caused in practice. First 800 of the season clocked in at 2:11.61. Back on the track next week for the Panther Relays. #blessed #AGTG

3RD Meet in the books!!! Another great double PR meet today at the Grand Oaks Grizzly Relays. My new PRs are 4:58.77 (4 seconds) in the 1600 and 10:59.02 (9 seconds) in the 3200!! All glory to god for this amazing meet!! 🙏 https://t.co/o86Jyybk39
