I found this quite interesting: Only Truro have spent more time behind in National League matches this season than Gateshead. In contrast, Gateshead have rescued points from losing positions numerous times this season and are currently comfortably out of the relegation places.

Can’t help but feel for Iron Mike here. Absolutely integral to the growth of Gateshead, but has chosen every club since departing very poorly. His next move HAS to be one which is suited to him. Managerially, his reputation has taken a huge hit over the past 24 months.
