All-in-all, the game needs a top-to-bottom review. Simply mandating a HIA for high-impact foul play is, IMHO, disregards wider gameplay aspects

@ProgressiveRug From a player welfare perspective, it's 100% yes. But from the point of view of 'fairness' how does this work out for the game? What if LCD went off for a HIA, didn't pass and couldn't resume and that resulted in uncontested scrums? /1

If it was me, I'd go with Scott Robertson as head coach, Neil Hatley as forwards / scrum coach, Mike Catt as backs coach and Kevin Sinfield as defence coach
@RugbyInsideLine IMHO, Diamond is brilliant at whipping bottom end Prem sides into competitive units, but not international class. Cockerill is a busted flush. Edwards just signed another 4 year contract with FRU and he won't break that for the RFU who snubbed him for years
