And I am being punished. They’ve taken my product and are refusing to refund me. I’m left with neither the dress nor my money. If that’s not STEALING, I don’t know what is! I demand a full refund or at the very least, a voucher. If not my only option would be taking legal action.

Instead, nearly 20 days after returning the product, I get an email saying they won’t issue a replacement or refund. I had only one item to return, there’s no way I sent the wrong product by mistake. Either @BlueDart_ messed up or @ZARA did.

A few days later, I got an email from @ZARA claiming the item they received “doesn’t correspond” to my order number. Seeking clarity, I chatted with their customer service executive who escalated the case and promised me a call back, a call that never came.

I immediately called @ZARA to request another pickup, which they arranged for the next day via @BlueDart_ . I returned the dress in the very same package it was delivered in.

BLATANT VIOLATION OF CONSUMER RIGHTS! DAYLIGHT ROBBERY! I purchased an expensive dress from @ZARA on 18 July and initiated a return the very next day. On the first scheduled pickup, the courier arrived while I was out and cancelled the pickup.
