I WON AN OTB CLASSICAL CHESS TOURNAMENT FOR THE FIRST TIME!!! God it felt so good to finally play consistently well across a full event. It was a 6-round U1600 swiss, I'll post the games in a thread down below (they are messy, lol) - any thoughts are appreciated!.

A sad and very shameful day for chess. As rumoured, the FIDE Council has indeed allowed the Russian 🇷🇺 women's team back at the upcoming World Team Championship. Against the decision of the FIDE General Assembly.
