An incredible finale to Division 2 culminates in ‘Kirk sealing promotion at Larkhall. Regan Cusick got us off to a flier and Ryan Milne sealed the game with a fine finish on the hour mark. Congratulations to Neilston on their title win and Whitletts who will join us in Div 1

Probably a fair assessment of how most feel
The atmosphere inside Celtic Park was toxic today. Most fans felt sorry for Nancy (but want him gone) but angry at Board for their mismanagement. Don’t think this will change until there’s changes in the boardroom.

‘Kirk safely into the Quarter Finals with a fine display at home to Glencairn. Fraser’s double had us two up at half time, Brew made that three on 55 mins. A late push by Glencairn where they grabbed two back led to a nervy last few minutes but overall a well deserved victory

A miserable day weather wise but Kirk’s performance was anything but, a 4-0 lead at half time, second half into the wind was every bit as good. Fantastic team performance all round. Andy Monk scoring with his first ever touch in Kirk colours seconds into his debut was fantastic

‘Kirk topple Talbot to secure a place in the next round. A victory secured with first half goals from McCracken and Brew, McCracken notched a second after half time and an overhead kick from Semple sealed a well deserved victory. One that will last long in the memory in Muirkirk
