             LMAO, he twisted the entire thing - building conviction doesn’t mean you’re too early. To whoever it may concern: gC doesn’t care about your background at all. They took a bet on me when I was in my second year of college - no fancy background, no IIT, no BITS, nothing.

             I’ve never met a competent leader who judges talent based on how much money someone is asking for. Everyone knows that if you hire someone great, they can deliver 10x the value of what they’re paid. 
           Since my last post on a techie asking for a 137.7% hike ruffled many feathers i am sharing salary demand of another lady we interviewed. She only asked for a 100% hike (from 12LPA to 24LPA). When asked to justify it she said that the international school she wants her kid to go
