In the first month, we did $58,320.40. 16 months in, we hit a record $492,115.23. Before we launched, the marketing director told me I was gonna fail. They couldn't get FB to work when they tried it.

Struggling to book leads? . We just helped a client DOUBLE their bookings. And we just changed 2 things.1. Changed Dialer software.2. Added better Texts. Hoping to get it up to 3x pretty soon here too.

Hyros is probably the best software we use for our clients. If you're spending over $5K/mo on FB or Google PPC, it's an absolute MUST. They literally guarantee a 15-20% higher ROI. PS: a "call" is a CSR booked appt.

(Almost) $1M in roofs Q1 In their worst time of the year. I want to triple that. Year 1 we did $1.6M Run Rate.Year 2 we did $3.2M.Year 3? I want $6M. Our plan is simple. - More ads.- Better hooks.- More angles/offers.- More formats. Just the basics better than most.

Bad results on FB ads?. Scammy offers bring in scammy leads. Non scammy ads usually don't do well. So, we tried a discount with metal roofs. Metal attracts higher-quality people but it's expensive. Adding the discount got high quality without being too costly. Here's a video

Any roofer in South Florida (Miami area)?. Have an out of area lead from one of our clients that inquired about a new roof. Already scheduled in. Tag someone below or shoot me a DM if you want to go out (Free, but vetting the Roofer ahead of time).

$500K+ in roof replacements from a version of this script. (Tracked). Video ads crush if done correctly. It got $9 leads and lasted almost 2 years (and counting). May drop more soon.

LEAD COST DOES NOT MATTER. If you focused on cost per lead here, it would lead you to scale the worst campaign. If you focused on cost per appointment you would cut the best campaign. If you can't see this data, forget everything else. This is your #1 problem.

$300 per roof sold. They have an $18K avg ticket. How?. Sure, lots of people care about price. But, a quality audience cares about proof. The ad below heavily leveraged this and we've implemented it into almost all of our ads.

That was with a weak call center that has averaged:.1. A 16% booking rate (past 90D).2. 50% issue rate (Overall). Main Message that converted: Energy savings could cover the financing of a new metal roof.

I never thought an energy savings angle would work. Especially with the scammy "$5997 for a new roof" ads. We ran it & here were their numbers:.- $217 Cost Per Appt. - $1300-$1700 CAC ($18K avg ticket). (Calls mean appointments set). P.S. -->
