Which side will you be supporting in the next eagerly awaited Fire v @NorthantsPolice rugby game? It will be played at the Wellingborough RFC ground (NN29 7TZ) on Wednesday 2nd November. Kick-off at 7.30pm.

Our aim, is to have good, safe and effective commanders, leading teams, promoting a positive culture and always learning.

The sessions will be based on their feedback and data taken from their @EffectivCommand portfolios. Which each session tailored not only to our service objectives and trends, but also their personal needs.

We are just wrapping up after a busy old week! This week we revalidated four level 1 commanders, who have shown us some good command skills and knowledge. The format for these revalidation’s is changing this month.

The final stage is our major debrief, which is being co-ordinated by our Joint Operations Team. This important phase makes sure we can learn any lessons, and better prepare for the future. #KnockOffMakeUp
