It doesn’t feel the weight of a decision that impacts lives. So, while AI is here to make us smarter, faster, and more efficient, let’s not forget that it’s our humanity, our wisdom, that makes us truly irreplaceable. What do you think? . Can AI ever learn wisdom?.

It’s the empathy that comes from truly understanding people, not just predicting their next move based on an algorithm. AI can connect the dots faster than we ever could, but it doesn’t know what it feels like to sit in silence after delivering bad news to a team.

Wisdom is what you get from reading the room, not just the data. It’s the gut feeling you develop after years of navigating tough conversations, making mistakes, and learning from them.

AI is like the smartest kid in the class who aces every test but doesn’t quite get why everyone’s laughing at the teacher’s joke. AI is brilliant, no doubt, but wisdom? . That’s a whole different ballgame.
