I wonder how many of the people affected by floods will be put up in hotels or will they just be left to fend for themselves whilst hotels are full of economic migrants/criminals .Surely people who pay taxes in this country should be helped first? @elonmusk #StarmerOut.

Important to remember:. Healthcare is not ‘free’ or funded by ‘Government’ - we have all paid for it through an increasing taxation burden. There is not some magic NHS money tree. It comes from hardworking families who rightly expect and deserve a far better service.
