Listened to #thelifeofashowgirl & it’s not as bad as some are saying. It’s got some fun songs & her lyrics are good as you’d expect when she’s in a happy place. Highlights are Ophelia, Opalite & Wood. Production is very lacklustre though. Jade’s #thatsshowbizbaby still AotY.

This legitimisation of hate by our establishment is deeply worrying and will only lead us to follow the US into a very dark place.

I don’t believe either should have seen jail but it’s so worrying that: 1. Someone who called for migrants to be burnt alive is platformed by a political party. 2. Someone who physically attacked a teenager & called for people to be punched is praised by much of our media.

I see the Hampstead #ponds are back in the news today. There seem to be a lot of people who don’t use the ponds complaining about inclusivity that members voted for overwhelmingly. Meanwhile those of us who swim there are more concerned about new puritanical anti-naturist rules!

Going to have to mute the name of that woman who got released from prison. She didn’t deserve to be put away but she did publish a massively racist and disgusting tweet so the idea of her being held up as some sort of hero is revolting beyond belief.

Lucy Connolly should never have been jailed - I said as much from day one - but neither should she be turned into some sort of anti-establishment hero. It is important to remember that she said something that was vile and inhuman. We should not forget that.

Imagine being a billionaire trying to get a shop assistant arrested for doing their job. Truly embarrassing behaviour.

Not sure if I should be reassured by the 1st part of this or worried by the second. How will they ensure that a public consultation actually listens to the voice of those of us who regularly use the pond rather than non users egged on by a well organised & funded hate campaign?
