Thanks, Dr. I eat once or twice a day. Mostly twice! And it has really help me. It's been more thank 7 ys now.
Unless you are a manual labourer or have a medical condition, you do not need to eat 3 times a day. Society has conditioned us to eating 3 times even when we are not hungry. Eating “three square meals” a day when you live a sedentary lifestyle will do you more harm than good. I

I think sister Kemi just shared the experience she'd while in fed girl college at the time. The rot in govt schools & healthcare sectors are terrible to say the least. Not sure your children had same experience with Kemi. Most Public institutions in Nigeria are crime scene.
