Honestly I just want broadband but apparently your monopoly over phone lines and failure to do basic things right is preventing me. None of the ISPs can get through your fail so is there anything you can do? I just want broadband. Willing to pay for it and everything. 5/.

Today received a message from Sky that now I had the ‘wrong kind of order’ because the line is an inactive one despite previously being unable to order because it was active. 4/.

Called Sky June 5th. Order held up because of an ‘error in an Openreach database’ that could take 5 days to clear. Waited for update. 3/.

Called Sky. Couldn’t install until 5th June because Openreach said there was an active line to the property and needed to wait for a cancellation to clear. Sadly accepted this. Then Sky said Openreach couldn’t accept the order and to call back on June 5th 2/.
