@boddy_mdb @SkyHelpTeam Have the same issue 3 times this evening watching amazon prime on my sky q and just switched itself off unresponsive had to unplug sky plug to get it back up running glad wasnt going mad

@boddy_mdb @SkyHelpTeam Mine has crashed 4 times in the last hour or so. Green light on, but the box is not responding to remote. Unpluged and pluged back in, reset yhe remote and works for 10-15 minutes then loses connection again. Very annoying
