77 weeks ago a little piece of Heaven arrived into our home, today as a 2 year old she leaves to return to her own family. So yes there is sadness but there is soooo much to celebrate today a little family have been reunited and for us it isn’t goodbye it’s a see you later

What has this got to do with my current role?? 6 months ago we adopted in work the tagline #ConnectingPeopleConnectingCommunities …. Meaning individuals being SEEN, VALUED and SUPPORTED in our work we are helping individuals feel part of their community.
