Launching a well-designed, affordable (financed) DTC flywheel slicer for the home. The TAM? Admittedly quite small, but that's easily solvable by recruiting some strategic influencers to extoll the virtues of paper thin mortadella.

Have looked at vacation properties to buy in 2 different mkts over the past decade. Worked w/ top brokers in both markets but couldn’t find anything that I liked. Had not heard from either in 18 months. In the last week both reached out to try to arrange visits. RE hurting.

I asked Vince if he would rather invest in $10B companies that could go to $100B rather than $1B companies trying to go to $10B. He said usually yes and gave an incredibly clear articulation for why. "There've been 75 companies in the last decade that have reached $100B or more.
